ZTX851 In Stock at Newark/Farnell

For those of you inclined to use them for their low noise, low rbb properties the ZTX851 are "temporarily" in stock at Newark/Farnell. https://www.newark.com/diodes-inc/ztx851/bipolar-transistor-npn-60v/dp/66K6783

I'm starting to get ZTX851 that I ordered over a year ago. The delivery date had slipped on that order from August 2022 to May 2024 but these came in a year early. Diodes Inc. is currently quoting May of next year.

Now would be a good time to get some.

My ZTX951 order (PNP) got bumped from April of 2024 to July 2023. Things seem to be improving for e-line transistor delivery.
