Zynaptiq software - Have they gone ?

Anybody know what's happening with Zynaptiq ?
They brought out some interesting bits of software but now seemed to have gone quiet.
I believe the people who started the company were those involved with Prosoniq, but that company has now gone out of business and there was a message on the website that Zynaptiq had bought their assets.
Things like Sonicworx Isolate have also disappeared.

Zynaptiq brought out UNVEIL, UNFILTER and PITCHMAP and were promising another product called UNCHIRP but never released it.
They don't seem to be answering emails or questions on forums such as this.

Finally got a reply on another forum.
Denis Goekdag of Zynaptiq posted that the company IS still around and that they are working on releasing UNCHIRP.
Apparently they've aquired the assets of Prosoniq and are updating some of their previous products.

So, posting on Pro Audio forums does yield results !
