according to the this pdf if the valve of ra is 10000k/impedance , what i want to know is this for 1 side of dual triode or is the impedance the sum of the two.

ha before i forget could i use this tx from colin vtb2290 gapped tx {http://www.audiomaintenance.com/downloads/carnhill_design_guide.pdf.} for experimenting with the valve .?


What pins  would i connect the centre tap  ?

The ra of a 12at7 never reaches 10000K. It is more like 10K ohms. The value of ra applies to each triode.

The 12AT7 is a preamp tube that is not really designed for driving a transformer.
