The CC6.... but only mildly. I'm not using C8-12 on your schematic and the 470n I'm using are poly, which is all I had to hand.
100V 470n ceramics are as rare as rocking horse poo.

If for some reason you need them Digi-Key have several models in stock, with voltage ratings up to 1kV. The cheapest 100V 470n film caps go for less than their ceramic equivalent, though, and I see no reason why ceramics would be superior in this application.

Here's a question for you DC-DC folks as far as input filtering.  In Dan's circuit, there are 6 film caps, 4 electros, 4 chokes, and a diode.  Peter's circuit has 2 films, 4 electros, and 4 chokes.  Onlymeee's new circuit has 4 electros and 2 chokes, but he also has a choke on the output.  Can someone help me out with why these are so different?

Anyone tried the 33063/34063/3063 ICs for this? I know the CC6 works well, I am looking for a low cost alternative.
