Okay, everything working now on the Bench PSU. I really never thought what switching power supply with 18V i could use. Any recommendations ?

Hey! Sorry i missed your reply. Thats not a LED thats a neon light running straight from the main IEC connector after the fuse.

I'm sharing this in case anyone has a similar problem.
I've completed the build for the stereo version and had problems with oscillation on the hi frequency when turned up or activating the "Q" button (on both channels).
I had put an 100 nF cap instead of a 100 pF just above the ic5b.
