Capsule for C12 clone

Guosheng (3U Audio's owner/designer) will be releasing a true CK12 capsule very shortly. The latest update he shared was that it would be ready in April. Here's a picture he sent me of the assemblies.

Has anyone tried out the JLI edge terminated ck12 ish capsule? I’m thinking of taking a listen… I’m sure it’s its own thing but still curious

Got a reply from Guosheng:

"We are busy with some new projects, but we'll complete the ck12 samples in several months."


So it seem 3U Audio CK12 is not ready yet, might still take a bit until it's released.
It will be very useful because all true CK12 capsules in the market are highly expensive,
and some of them are even not available without being in a long waiting list.

The market needs a good,affordable and well built true CK12 capsule. I'm confident 3U Audio can make that
