What tube are you using in the sim?
With a 12AT7, I get a max output of +14dBu, for a quiescent current of 18mA and 2.5W dissipated in the PNP.

With a 12AT7, I get a max output of +14dBu, for a quiescent current of 18mA and 2.5W dissipated in the PNP.
The app isn't too sophisticated. All I see are mu and kg1 parameters and no experience with such approximations. However, I did find some hints. I'll move to some spice variant if this needs more scrutiny.
