Carnhill - I draw it. 
Switch and pots are from http://www.3dcontentcentral.com/default.aspx , but I`m not sure for 100%. It was long ago when I add it to my PCB library.

I do use 3D Content Central a lot as well! Would you be willing to share the Carnhill models? I would love to have those in my library!

Almost....unfortunately they have a 3.3mm shaft diameter, the used SPUJ190900 only as a 2.8mm shaft...

That should work! The 2 different options you and I have posted are the same dimensions... the E-Switch is 1/3 less cost tho!

Unfortunately, they don't fit.

I ordered them and tried them out, they don't stay on the shaft, despite construction showing that they are made for a 2.8mm shaft.

I am inclined to fill them with hot glue, but alignment would be a nightmare.

Other possibility would be to 3d Print....

Frustrating!

You can usually return parts to Mouser too...

but they are no longer stocked.

Looks like SIfam make them but I seem to remember Sifam got taken over by a German company:

received the C&K as well, same problem....

I also contacted the Sifam distributor in Austria.

The problem is - there currently seems to be no knob with the needed length and a 2.8mm Shaft available, no matter what form (round, square, rectangular...)

So i might try 3D-printing as a last resort.

I finally got a reply from Sifam. They do not have any in stock so they would need to set up to make some. MOQ is 1000 so I have ordered 250 each of red, black, grey and white. Lead time is about 6 weeks so it will be a while before they arrive. I will be selling them in lots of 10 (any colour combination) for £4 plus shipping and Paypal fees. Let me know if you want any.

The push button caps have finally arrived from Sifam so let me know it you need any. I got 250- each of red, white, black and grey. You can have  bunch of 4 of any colour combination for £1.
