First of all - thanks to all of those who helped here - especially the Dug, dude answered a lot of my stupid questions.

Anyway - its an ugly job - and temporary (gaff tape) - but the whole project was done for $150 so what can I say? I still need to at least paint the faceplate or something - but I need these for a session tomorrow!

When I get more cash together I will get a nice enclosure for these, and get that power supply out of harms way. However, its at the top of the rack - which is all plastic (SKB) and should be good to go for a while.

the whole schabang is running at 44V at the moment. PRR assured me that running the whole thing at 48V would also be just fine, I have not made a decision just quite yet - 46V?
 
Just got back from day one on this session - Man, I am using them for my overheads and they are awesome! For $150, you will not find a better preamp in my opinion - let alone 2!
