Frank Rollen / frontpanels.de - do you get replies ?

I am waiting for a reply from Frank of frontpanels.de for 10 days now. This is quite unusual as he always responded to emails quickly.

I am wondering he maybe a bit swamped with work after the Xmas break, but just wanted to know if anybody has managed to get a reply from him recently.

Hello,

I do business with Frank since many years now.
He was always fast !
And works well, too.

This has changed since a bit of time, it starts to be difficult to keep contact and work with him, in a reasonable time schedule.

I think his business has developed a lot with his new web site and activities, and the range of products that he is selling now, and he is a bit overloaded.

In the past once when I didn’t get a reply, I hit him with the second email address a bit later, the [email protected] and he did get back to me and he did some wonderful work for me. Worth the communication issues.
