What changes were needed to make it work with JLC? I was curious and loaded the gerbers into their order page and I see the issue with the the cuts not showing up.

I see a lot of 100nf MLCC capacitors in the BOM for the build.
Is it necessary that they remain MLCC or could Wima Polys work for that as well? ( If so , what would you recommend , WIMA polys or TDK C0G MLCC? )
I have no idea if this is a silly question , my goal is to make this with as high quality components as i can

X7R 0.1 for power rails to amps.
(Polys would work there too. Experimental? But I doubt you'd really hear much of a difference -- if any at all.)
C0Gs across op amps in feedback.
For caps in signal path maybe Nichicon (Muse) BP or Panasonic.
No need to be too picky about poly caps in side chain filters.

Out of curiosity and learning purposes , are the X7R chosen for a specific reason? Is there a downside on using C0Gs for power rails?

I need slight advice for the power wiring. I got the Triad VPT30-830. Am i correctly assuming:
Primary - 220V blue+brown jumper gray to violet
Secondary 15v wired as Parallel
XE1-3 = AC = BLACK + ORANGE
XE1-2 = GND = GND, NOT CONNECTED ON TRIAD
XE1-1 = AC = YELLOW + RED

This shows the various options, but i am not certain about the wiring to the main board. Either it's 30V or 15v (Serial vs Parallel) but i am really not experienced on the voltage side of things. Hence my question
Not 100% sure but I think for us in EU who have 230V in the wall we should have in serial. I saw White Sea Studio built a Gssl and that's how he did it.

the primary side is sorted out, i am talking about the secondary.
Primary - 230V blue+brown jumper gray to violet
Secondary unclear

From my understanding , they need to be wired in series.
Orange + Red are connected together and used as 0V ?
