I'm Ian, and I'm based near Cambridge, England. By day I'm a software engineer but I've been building audio gear since the 1980's. I'm an enthusiastic repairer of any and all old electronics and long-time opponent of cheap disposable tat and built-in obsolescence.

Hello Ian. I am Ian and I used to work at The Technology Partnership in Melbourn just outside Cambridge but I have now retired to the quiet backwaters of Norfolk. We definitely need more software skills here so welcome to the group.
