Q2: E = 354mV; B = 1V; C = 1.29V

Q3: E = 19.3V; B = 18.67V; C = 9.5V

Q4: D = 10.16V; S = 9.73V; G = 18.88V

Q5: D = 10.16V; S = 135mV; G = 9.73V

In the schematic, Q2 C, Q3 C, and one terminal of each of Q4 and Q5 are all connected together. How are they reading different voltages?

Q2 C (1.29V) is the least likely.

Sorry !

Q2: B=1V; E=359mV; C=9.58V

Q3: B=18.75V; E=19.41V; C=9.58V

Q4: S=9.59V; G=18.75V; D=10.14V

Q5: S=141mV; G=9.59V; D=10.14V

This time it's ok, I forgot to update 🙃

This hurts my head. Floating bases and gates make no sense. Does this even work?
The capsule, if it's just a capsule with nothing can't drive the sources or drains on the 2N5457s.
Look up the basing on the transistors, check and double check that.

I suggest you start over with this schematic and draw this so the signal travels left to right, which is the usual convention.

Good luck. Over and out.
