Hi all,

I'm a musician/recording eng. with a quite old and semi-forgotten background in electronics (I'm an industrial designer on my dayjob). Love to DIY for most of the stuff that I tend to to obsess over (audio & music) and have successfully dived into speaker building, tube amplifier building, acoustics and of course audio (I've built a passive clipper that I love and use daily, and I'm currently diving into developing an EQ). For me it's more the journey not the final destination. Love tinkering with ideas and trying to understand why they do (or doesn't) work.

I'm using REW (room eq wizard), a siglent scope and Micro Cap for simulation. Kicad for PCB design. Love all those tools to bits. Considering the price of the scope and the mostly non-existent cost of the software (donate to freeware software if you use it, please)... All I can say is, what a time to live in!
