That's right, the quotes I got were for just the winged knob.
I'm sure concentric will be around the same.  Thought I'd test the water first with one kind of knob.

As far as colours, because the tooling is the expensive thing and will remain the same, we can either order in quantity of 1000 for each colour or pay £60 each time for different colours. 

Colour matching: I'm sure will be no problem, but I'll check.

Hey, that's not bad if it's only a £60 charge to get a different color! If we order 500 red and 500 blue to meet the 1000 minimum that would only add 6p to each knob.

So there is a bunch of people interested in this, hopefully enough to make a hefty order, but where is everything at this point? Are we waiting to hear back from a manufacturer? Are we settling on colors? Is the person orchestrating this to be the one to order from?

p.s. I think the custom color is a really good idea

really i dont know what makes you being afte those knobs guys....
Any knob used on a N*eve preamp wont make it sound better..

Do what i did!! i found some look a like knobs painted and voila...they look very nice
Total cost? 5$ for 4 knobs.

its just my opinion!
