Yes, sad situation.  A few years ago some of us on Gearslutz were fundraising for various charities and we had a very successful round of fundraising for Phelicity, thanks to some of the great people in the "Free Stuff"/good karma thread over there.  Not long after, PayPal eventually said I could no longer handle charitable donations because I was not established as a government approved not-for-profit and "The Cherry-Tree" as we called it sadly came to an end. 
I did not know her current situation but I'm glad to see Phelicity has been hanging in there the past few years and I hope they can get the support they need to get her back home.
