Hi,
I have a RME Fireface 400 that oscillate a high frequency noise that start at the moment the unit getting power.

There's no change if the power comes from the external adapter or from the firewire cable.
I've tested all the electrolytic caps on the PSU board with LCR meter and all of them tested good with low ESR values.
What else can I check for troubleshoot this problem?
