I have the full acrobat and it still won't allow me to do it. Maybe you'll have better luck?

How did you do that?

Mine doesn't work. Well I'm gonna try to convert this to HPGL and re-import it to FPD then see if the price is cheaper I will let you know .

Thanks!!!

I have a quiestion regarding the file->print->pdf method. My desktop presents that option for printing but my laptop does not. I have no idea what app I installed that allowed the print as pdf option but it has just been there on my desktop. I have gone nuts installing stuff on my laptop to get it to do so. Any ideas as to enabling/installing that 'print to pdf'

If you don't want to buy Acrobat, install a Postscript printer (i.e. Apple Laserwriter II) and enable printing into a file. You can import that postscript file into coreldraw.

ChackD, remember, if you import the HPGL, every hole will be only engraved, but not a real hole.

from Steff:
the guts really or are a joke for a big unit like this:

Look ma, no pow-TX !
:? :?:

A pic of work in progress, right ? Nice system, with such a drilled bottom-plate.

Peter

Well yes indeed, it looks like it. But for a box this big ?
Curious to the size of that wall-wart enclosure !

But right , if you go for an approach then stick to it.

Bye,

Peter

due to some requests regarding the sidechain,...here is the circuit:

Thanks Steff. Nice clean solution which does it all.

Not much experience with sidechain-filters myself, but what's the general consensus: 6dB/oct slope the most universally usable ?

I get them ulracheap, much more cheaper than toroids :green:
another good thing about wallwart supplies is that you dont need
to connect the frikkin safety ground wire to the chassis.
(makes nothing but trouble but you NEED it when dealing with mainsvoltage !)
