possibly the stock microphone has a ratio of 1.8:1
in version E we have 2:1 and a higher ohmic resistance of the primary Rdc1, so yes, we can lose 4 dB
so do you still think E wiring is (one of) the best solution ? I still have "enough" audio level anyway...
Is the polarization voltage of the capsule good?
from memory (I tested earlier this afternoon) yes ! we got more-or-less : +57v & -57v

Just did a quick test just to check it was working... but I feel like the sound is "more soft" than the original one, a bit less "brillant" (must do some real tests to confim)

- the phase is good
- the sound is the same but it's more 6dB I've lost (I just did a qucik recording of speaking in my DAW, mics close to each other, same gain level)

edit : seems to be -5dB no it's really -6dB !

It is possible that Monacor, has a lower yield, or other components make the difference.
Lower hFE at A1015 or jFet with higher Idss.

Sometimes the producers lie in the specifications! 😁

Test the version A !

Thank you Micolas, same to you !
PS : I'm gonna try to replace the 4,7uF tantal (C4) by a Muse BP...
