Source fo "Feed Through" Capacitors for U67 - Help

From my brief research on the subject, there are three types of feedthrough capacitor which are physically indistinguishable: capacitor only, inductive element in series with the through line, and one with a Pi filter. I imagine extra inductance in series with the audio outputs is asking for trouble. How do you tell them apart? Which type is used in the original?
