Sorry for the 1st post. I'll update when I'm back home.

several questions:
i see some resistors with strange value:
32k              i can do a serie with 2 resistor, or? a 33k is ok too? if i use another TrafoIN, still this value?
2k8              i can do a serie with 2 resistor, or? a 2k7 is ok too?
70k              i can do a serie with some resistor
50k              i can do a parallel with 2 resistor or i can use a 49k9
8k25 2w      can i use 8k2?

where u have find them?

in the Mainboard BOM i see R19 as Unknow value, on the schema i see R19 as a 4M7...is correct?

and still the PSU question about C11 (2200µF 25V), i haven't found a 35V version with a 5mm pitch. Only a 25V, but i think is not enough...

32K => You can use 33K (I use this in my prototype, work perfectly) or use two resistors in serie.
2K8 => Serie with two resistor
70K => you can. I try with 71K and work.
50K => I don't remember what I put here. Need to check. ButI think I use two resistor in parallel.
8K25 => yes you can use 8K2. There is not big change. I've tried.

I use serie or parallel resistance in my prototype. And I build a new with the PCB from the factory.
and I try to use close value. But I've don't test it for the moment. I'll do this this week end.
I keep you inform for value.

Yes, In this BOM I forgot to put the value of R19. When I write the BOM I've not yet the value.
No, R19 is not 4M7.

For C11. I'll check when I back in belgium. I can't tell you now, I'm in hollyday.. Sorry..

Hey Drask,
Can I use 1uF 250V  instead of  1uF - 400v [ C5 PSU ] I already got it :) 250V
and 0,1uF 450V Ceramic Cap instead of C10 100nF [ C10 PSU ]
Thanks
For C10 450v is not necessary and Yes you can use Ceramic cap. I haven't try it.
For C5 It's not preferable to use 250v. I prefer that you use 400v. Voltage is more important, when the Mainboard are not connected and turns around 300v.

best,
Jerome

Thanks Jerome!

For C11, I use 2200uF - 25v and it's work perfectly. But if you want to be sure use 35v.
R19, the unknown value is 9,1K normally (I'm checking)
R17 50k, I use 51K in my unit.

Attention,
the numbering of components in the BOM is different from the numbering in the schematic. Since I haven´t got a pcb nor a schematic of the latest revision I can´t tell which one is right and which one is wrong. It might be better for Drask to clear this up.
regards
Bernd

Yes Bernd, I'm just back at home.
The schematics is now updated with the last revision.

best,

that one do for R10 in terms of 1/8w wattage?

I don't know. I think it's too less. I haven't try.
Maybe bernbrue can confirm this.

that's what i thought...
what power rating do you advice in general?
EDIT: and for the power dissipation for the zener diodes.

Use 1/4 watt except  for R22 and R27.
For zener use 1,3w

Hi,
R10 is part of the voltage divider (470K+470K+ 50-70K). Take any 1/4 watt resitor that sums up to about 1M. Zeners are INI 4007. INI 4003 will do as well. General power rating for resistors is 1/4 watt or higher, 2W resistors as named in the HT section.

Bernd
