Here it is, the process is started  i got that neumann capsule on ebay and cleaned it a bit and i will try to put it in all the other mic as i go and take a shot at it ,

I am actually requesting that mouser change the minimum order qty for the nice alternative that they have in stock for the 0.01u cap 5*11mm 400V but the 10% tolerance instead of 5 % , 

I will keep you posted if i succeed ,  in the meantime ,

For those that will be building the mic project that needs the 0.01uf  capacitor in the package 5*11mm  i have been able to change mouser minds to offer a 10% variation at a minimum qty of 1  ,
