I searched and didn't see any discussion of it, so I'm posting it here. I think I'm going to bite. I'm guessing this it pretty new since it hasn't come up here (that I could find) and I've not seen it on any of previous scrolls through this store.

Does anyone have experience with this one?

Has anyone purchased this one yet. Was curious if this was legit, I was thinking about getting one but was a little nervous about Buying from Ali-express.

I have two. I like them a lot. paint is susceptible to scratches but overall worth it looks great on the mic stand. also ships fast. got mine in 3 days in the US.

Got an answer on a couple questions I asked along with an additional picture. As expected, no cable included and the other question was whether the rear headbasket is black but as expected it's chrome.

Here's that extra picture:

I just got mine today too. Shipped October 14th and arrived in Los Angeles today, the 16th. Crazy fast!
Agreed with @SubSpec 's observations. Here are some more photos and comparing to the thicker, yet cheaper, other Ali body. The rails appear to be the same height as the other body so I'm going to try to apply @HerbertR 's advice to make the @poctop PCB fit
Wow nice!! I want to Order one but wasn't sure about it being Legit on being so Cheap for a Clone body.

gorgeous body. also a good example of why i never ended up doing outsourced vintage mic body manufacturing. the factory that does all these bodies, for shuaiyin, alctron, 3u etc has serious IP protection issues. no doubt someone paid big money for these molds to get made only for them to show up on aliexpress i wonder how soon? one time i designed a body and it took less than 6 months for it to show up at trading companies for public purchase. it's why if we ever do bodies, it'll be where we make our new plates, lol

In many manufacturing factories in China, even if you pay a high mold fee, you are not protected. This is unacceptable. If there is no integrity constraint, the market will become very bad. In the end, it will harm everyone's interests because no one will invest anymore.

I want to be honest, but building microphone housings is not rocket science. Theoretically, almost every mechanical engineering student with an engineering degree at the age of 21 in our small town is able to copy microphone housings with their little finger in just a few hours and manufacture them on a large scale using machines. It is more a question of profitability to start such production commercially. Microphone capsules are a different story, there is real know-how involved.
