1/3U vented/slotted blank rack panel

Does anyone know if someone near North America manufactures these? Middle Atlantic has a blank one, but I've had trouble find ones with vents.

The only one I could find online are these folks, but shipping to the US makes it not worth the cost:

I use these from Penn-Elcom. They take 1 screw, but might be closer to .5 RU. I use them to space gear a bit in my racks.
