I'm using a balanced line driver circuit (http://www.radanpro.com/Radan2400/MiscAudio/Balanced%20Line%20Driver_files/p51-f1.gif) to convert an unbalanced signal to a balanced one. I'm using a NJR 12904AD with a single 18V supply instead of the TL072's in the above schematic. My question in turn is about the Amphenol connector. Upon looking over the amphenol data sheet, it seems I would connect my + signal to pin 1, my - signal (and ground) would then be connected to pin 3. Does this seem correct?

Here is the exact connector I am using (http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=ACJS-MIV-5virtualkey52380000virtualkey523-ACJS-MIV-5)

Any help would be amazing, and thank you very much.

According to:

http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/866888.pdf (page 7)

pins are:

+ (tip) - pin 3
- (ring) - pin 4
shield  - pin 1

but you can find it yourself very easily using one stereo 6.3 jack and a  DMM .

If you are using single PS, you should add DC biasing circuit and blocking caps.
