Built 12 Big FET Bloak modules a couple years ago and still haven't put them in anything.

Thinking abvout using 2 for a headphone amp in a similar style to the Chu Moy

where the C1=0.1uF, P1=100K, R2=100K, R3=1K, R4=10K add 47ohms in series with the output, for power a +/- 12VDC.

You will have real problem with DC offset frying your headphones. (The original Cmoy used "zero" offset opamps and could still be a bit wonky; those one-FET-input amps have large and unknown input offset. They also need low-ish value NFB network, values not snown on the Cmoy concept plan you linked.)
