Could be a nice donor body (still hoping to find a cheap 49 style ones someday).
Sad there are no dome under capsule but the circuit should be ok and the capsule seems to be an imitation of the original k103, not sure if the same as the ones on the market form US site for some time. Maybe an interesting mic as it is for the price...

On a more serious note, speaking of professional, it says M7 all over the place. Gonna go out on a limb here and say that not an M7 .

Edited to add: Saw this listing while on that page, now that's unique. Looks to be a massively tall pedestal and LDC capsule rather than the ribbon one might expect from such a body.
