For future reference : I didn't read properly the orientation of C12, resulting in not sending the right voltage to the regulator, therefore, sending +300V to R36 (which, you know, smoked).
Right now, trying to find desperately some TP values I can find online. One of my units is in perfect condition, the other's output is extremely low. Swapped tubes, same, Magic eye tube shows the proper volume, so my guess is that it's at the output level, but can't seem to find where exactly (transformer maybe?).
