Have you really? I've seen speakers radiating magnetic flux that created colour aberration and image distortion, but nothing like hum or buzz.

of course not hum or buzz, but theoreticaly it's possible to "confuse" hard disk with magnetic field. Anyway, this is not subject of this topic. No need for scientific analyses distance helps here

If it's conducted interference, distance is no help (almost). There's always need for scientific analysis.
