I live in Italy too [Milano].
Wait some days.
But sometimes happen that people of postal service [SDA for Poste Italiane] "forgot" to put the warning in your mail box.
I regularly go at my near office post, and ask directly for undelivered packages with my name.
In the last months I've recovered 2 shipments this way.
