We ship at least twice at month; please allow delivery time up to
45 days from time the order was placed.

Tracking Nr will be sent from online store.

Regular registered airmail is not fastest, but sure delivery (for last 3.5 years, no lost packages at all).
About 0.5% of packages can be returned by reasons like wrong address or
delivery notification lost at the way from post office to your post box.
If you like to receive the package within 3-5 business days, there's EMS option,
not cheap but shure on-time. Please contact us before to get confirmation and EMS
shipping price.

If more than 4 weeks passed from time you paid the order and it is not received,

Sorry, but this the shipping information posted on the Igor store,  at " DIY Recording Market " , from where I have ordered 2 Micro-controller kits :

The items are shipped by regular registered airmail, within 7 business days after receiving cleared payment.
When item is shipped, tracking number is sent by e-mail.
To simplify the calculations etc:
from $0.01 to $40 shipping is $8;
From $40 and more, shipping is free.
This was my first buy on this store, and probably the last.

Yesterday I have even received an invoice for something that I NEVER ordered... :'(

How is that possible ?

I have a receipt for payment from Paypal, dated of June 24th, but I have not received any email or tracking number until today.
And no email from Igor too !
I think this " DIY Recording Market "  is a big bad joke.

I would love to hear of the experience of people who had bought successfully from this web site.
My advice to all potential buyers would be to NOT buy anything from this store, until it works properly.

Sorry about your problems, i never bought from his shop so i can't comment, seems weird nonetheless.
Maybe some other can comment since this DIY recording Market is not only for Igor's Stuff....

Very sorry to hear about this.
For last 4 month, I sold (temporary) my soul to local hi-tech and it doesn't leaves time for anything,
5 days a week I get out of home 7.30 and come back 22.30.
Now we finished one of projects and I have more time. Will do my best to figure out and fix.

If somebody have issues with shipping delay,
non-received items, etc, please feel free to mail, facebook or skype (kapelevich dot igor).
Skype chat and facebook are always opened at my home computer.

@Madreza: we already figured it out by mail, re-shipped by EMS, should arrive within a week.
@guy_4: all orders June 24th - July 3rd were shipped at July 6th.
@detonator: pcb set was shipped at June, first week. Please let me know if received.

All orders July 3rd - July 15th are packed and will be shipped tomorrow.

Hi Guy, please see my email about this. It looks like you accidentally purchased the controller PCBs twice on 6/24. Igor must have assumed you wanted them both and re-sent an invoice yesterday as a reminder. I have deleted the first purchase, so there shouldn't be any more confusion surrounding that.

I'm working on making the market as user-friendly as possible (incorporated your suggestion re: contact info today) but, just ask my girlfriend, I do make a lot of bad jokes
