Hello Igor,
You wrote :
@guy_4: all orders June 24th - July 3rd were shipped at July 6th.
It means two weeks ago.
Sorry, but I have not received anything from you.
I have started a reclaim procedure on Paypal about the non-delivery of my order, after waiting for 3 weeks.
I emailed you several times, without any answer.
Aug. 3rd will be the last day to receive my order.
Afterwards Paypal will be asked to get my money refund.
Best,
Guy

I did have a nice polite reply written... but honestly, I think ultimatums like you have put forward are a low course of action. I've never met Igor, but he has contributed a lot to this forum. He, like most of us here has other commitments in life beyond group diy... careers, family, etc... hence the reason the first post clearly states 45 days. 2 weeks is nothing. Igor redesigned a project from the ground up, including documentation for you to build. That takes a heck of a lot longer than 2 weeks!!!

Flick through some of the threads in the white market and you will notice that this ISN'T walmart. This isn't a place where you buy all your gear off the shelf. It is custom designed, custom made and takes TIME! DIY takes TIME! I can tell you, you will receive your PCBs. I ordered mine at the start of June only to receive the last week... countless others on this forum will vouch for Igor. He has provided a lot of people with high quality components and designs!

You have 45 days to initiate a paypal claim. Why not exercise some patiences before acting like a **** and attempting to linch the man.  Set it in your calender... if it gets to day 44, launch the claim. Igor has responded to you, he said it is in transist. He has apologised for his lack of presence due to working life (we have ALL been there...)...

Take a chill pill and relax, man. You are only going to give yourself a hernia.

@guy_4: I answered your mail and message sent via message system at diyrecordingmarket.
Can understand you very well. From the other side, summer and Christmass time, it takes longer.
I ordered the battery for HTC Desire from Ebay, and it was sent 43(!) days before I received it here from UK.
From the other side, I received the Alpha potentiometers for new Sontec proto in 500 format from Taiwan within
12days, by regular, unregistered mail.
Another package I sent to France returned to me within month and week, I shipped by regular registered,
address was correct, but recipient told me he never received regular registered notification. I recent it by EMS, arrived within week.
We usually ship 3-4 times at month, by regular registered airmail. Everything arrives, 0.5% returns, none lost packages for more than 4 years.
Not fastest but sure way.
EMS for up to 0.5kg to Europe here is approx. +USD28, and to US, Canada or Australia is approx. +USD37 versus regular registered.

I have exchanged emails with Igor in the last days that cleared the issue, and I was also fortunate to receive my order today.    :)
To Sammas : your reply post had no sense, as you know NOTHING of what has happened and of my situation, and you pretend to give me some "advice".

Thanks again, Igor !
Cheers,
Guy,

Guys: PEACE and DIY!!!
;)  ;D 8) ;) ;D

edit: Hehe, cool. My reply is #1166  :p

Dave: a pair of VCA PCB's was sent to same address as MixBuzz1 pcb set at July 21st.
I don't remember if I already answered your mail, in case of whatever, sent another one now.

Can I get a BOM or parts list for the bypass PCB? I'm not savvy enough to be able to look at a schematic and know exactly what parts I need unfortunately, so any kind of kit/project setup would be awesome.

igorrrrrrrrrr!!!  still waiting for a response about the sontec boards i paid for back in april...

It was returned back here at June. I sent you 2 mails with no answer, so, finally, we can figure this out.
As well, fell free to skype, it is always open at my home comp, kapelevich dot igor or facebook (see my signature at post)
Attached picture is how unclaimed and returned package looks.

Sent to your address, La Croix 73460 TOURNON, at May, IIRC arround 17th. Seems same story, will call post office tomorrow
and ask if I have returned mail.

Guys: the post offices are not under my control. Very sorry about this. This summer is crazy,
shipping is slow and 4 returned packages. Please, check at your post office for regular registered airmail notification.
