Well, I doing last tactical moves to organize TG12423 kits...
The price will be $560 per one kit, and $1070 for pair, $2050 for quad.
I kept the price as low as possible taking into account there will be approx. 20-30 kits.

The kit will include everything except: meter, knobs, transformer(s), ELMA switches.
The reason I don't put meters and ELMA's - they will be cheaper for you to order separately.
Knobs and transformers - matter of personal taste, I don't want to constrain your choice.
Motorola output transistors (as "original" ones), matched Zeners, top quality components,
milled/engraved front panel, aluminium bracket, all bolts/nuts/standoffs will be included.

At this time, I going for pre-ordering way.
Preo-rders will be taken Aug 20th - Sept 20th, exact number of kits will be shipped at October 10th.
For pairs or quads, shipping by EMS is included in price. Single unit kits will be shipped by regular registered airmail.

With your rackit kit, can I use one of these 24 or 16 volts DC power adaptors to get it running? Just strip the plug off the adaptor and grab the positive and negative?? If so, what is the minimum amperage I should buy?? There's like 500mA-2amps versions available.

How do you get 48volt phantom power from it?

if this module is within 500/51x spec, it'll draw no more than 130mA per slot, so 260mA per module.  Igor hasn't said if this kit is within 51X spec, tho.
