Hi Igor,

I received an email informing me my item had shipped on Sept 19. It gave me a tracking number, but did not mention what it was that had shipped. I don't know what it was since I have ordered two different things. I realize that it may not have arrived even yet, but I would be interested to know which of the two items had shipped. The EMI compressor pair, or the  1176 pcb and mountings. The tracking number is RR823649524IL. I am in the u.K. I attempted to to track it on the Israeli mail website, but it said that tracking data for the item had expired.

Hi Richard!
I see same on www.postil.com
This means the package has been returned to Israel. It is in 1-2% by my stats.
Reasons can be: wrong address supplied, you somehow missed the registered airmail notification, the postmen haven't put notification to your mailbox, etc.

Shipping stuff, again.
We had many local holidays here, and post office was slowed; some packages are delayed - sorry, cannot do anything with it.
When we will come to governance, we will fix it, of course: no holidays, customs, MP3 and no Britney Spears. Fast post office and pure Zen.
By the same reason, some kits were shipped in 2 packages - instead of waiting the missing parts up to 2 weeks instead of 3-4 days normally,
we prefered to ship in-stock items asap and later the rest.

Now, prolonged local holidays period has finished till Pesach (passover, spring time, somewhere between March and April on Jewish calendar);
I expect faster deliverys and hold fingers for your packages

OT. Imagine, the hi-tech country, with lot of good brains and good food in restaurants; lot of nice places;
however,  religion instead of constitution and we count now 5773 Year by local calendar. AAAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!
We have definitely change the main language to Russian (50% of population can speak Russian here),
defeat the religion stuff and write Russian Israeli Constitution!!! Well, I just sick by local holidays

(Ah yep: another weirdy, main language is written from right to left, and recovered from oldy books.
Besides I speak Hebrew flawless, I'd prefer Russian as well

Igor... are the Stereo matched TG12413 full kits shipping yet? The website shows "in stock" but I've not received any shipping notice. The description says they'd ship last Oct 10.

Richard: shipped at Oct 15th.
Robert: there was 4 weeks of delay with some parts, due to local holidays package which was at customs for over 3 weeks.
For now, almost everything is packed and last bits left to check and ship.
Most important things are already here - matched zeners, metalworks, rare transistors.
To be at very safe side, I can promise shipping deadline October 29th, and will do all possible to ship before this date.
Of course, apologies. I am sick of almost month of holidays and have my own projects delayed due to customs too.

Hey Igor, any news on a tracking number for my 2nd half of Sontec order that was sent on 8-28? I'm afraid after 10 weeks that it is either lost or being sent back to you. With no tracking number, I have no idea where it's at.

I wanted to check on my TG12413 51x stereo compressor order. Still no sign of arrival, although the 1176 PCBs and hardware did arrive. Can you confirm if they have been returned a second time?

@Scrappersa: we pass on shipping once a week, so, you have to receive tracking number from store within this week.
