My first front panel from scratch. Whaddaya think?

I'm honestly really happy with how this turned out.  Took forever and a day, but worth it to have it just how I'd like it.  One down, one to go.

I wanted that B-52 cockpit look, a la Shadow Hills so I decided to use engraving stock.  But, it's not very rigid so I laminated it to a sheet of 1/8" aluminum.  The holes were drilled carefully on the drill press, and the text was done with a .015" end mill in the CNC machine.  Took about two hours at 10 inches per minute.
