PCB Grinder SS PEQ docs

Gustav lost the docs in a laptop crash. Does anyone have a copy? I contacted him first and search here. The search tool does not always work well. I am hoping that someone has them. Gustav says "its the PQ filters, and the 1176 gain stage!".
