Hello,
I'm  in need of pre+eq  for a recording project. Instead of a mixer build I was considering utilizing your euro pre card and the pultec eq w/ your psu. My question is can this be done without utilizing the mixer connections.. And most importantly I want use an output transformer, which ratio should I use? Any o/p tran model suggestions?

Yes, it can be done quite easily. Output transformer ratio needs to be 2400:600. I recommend the VTB2291 or the Edcor XSM2.4K/600
