I think the price cuts will be every 25 units past 100.

I do not how much just yet because the pricing is estimation at this point.
But rest assured it's an educated estimation.
There are really only a few unknowns at this point—still waiting on all of the mesh pricing and finish pricing to come in.

Thanks Skylar,

I`m asking because if there is a substancial cut, maybe someone can update the order with more bodies.. I mean if someone had 400$ for two bodys but he can get 3 for 500...

I have thought about quantity discounts.
Again, it's hard to give any exact figures until I have final cost for finishing and mesh, which should be soon.

But until then, I think this survey is telling me what I needed to know.

Hi,

i voted for the "matte" finish, but i will take the polish one as well.
I would take more then the voted 2 if the price will go lower.
Maybe you change the voting side slightly, that we have field for the max. number/price.
For me, e.g. i would take 3 in case they are at 500 $ together.
But i guess that makes things even more complicated to sort, as they are right now.

Cheers, Peter

PS: I know that the orig. U47 had no figure 8. Would it be possible and what do the others think of
extending the switch machanism ?

Contrary to the original U47, switching patterns is done at the psu with a rotary switch.

You can easily choose which patterns you want to be switchable

I've been quickly over the thread - but could'nt find any price estimate?

Any current guesstimate - just to get an idea of what figures we're talking?

Jakob E.

Here you go:

Pricing Estimate:
Complete Kit ===== $200 + shipping
Raw Materials Kit == $150 + shipping

And I must also say thank you Skylar (and all) for the amazing work.  I cannot even imagine how much time you have put into this!

Hey Jakob,

The prices have only been published in the survey, so I'll go ahead and put them here as well:

Pricing Estimate:
Complete Kit ===== $200 + shipping
Raw Materials Kit == $150 + shipping

There is a lot of extra info on the survey page, so I recommend checking it out.
The link is here or in my signature.

EDIT: oops, duplication of efforts! Thanks Mike.
