The polished is nice. I'm thinking of powdercoating the bodies, so maybe the polished will give more color options.

Hey Skylar,

Sorry to be difficult, but based on the description now I'd also like a polished finish for the grill. I voted for matte, but thought it meant the WHOLE body inc grill, a matte body with chrome grill will look great, so please change my vote!

That said I'd be happy whichever way the vote swings cause it is going to look AWESOME no mater what!

Hey, I'd like to thank everyone for their participation.

Right now, we're just a few shy of 100, so the project is obviously a GO!

My prediction at this point is that we'll go over 100 by a fair amount, and the prices will dropa bit! YAAA



Again, I'm sorry that I was not initially clear enough about the headbasket finishing (I updated the survey text yesterday to help clarify).

I agree with this sentiment, and I expected to see a majority wanting the Matte, but it looks like things have turned around.
Right now, the results indicate ~55/45 split with "Polished" being in favor.

Being that it's split like this, I will probably offer either Polished or Matte.

I thought the finish surveyed was for the complete body / headbasket...

I voted matte and I like matte (for both body and headbasket) with the additional clarification-details recently added to the pool of knowledge.

No changes required on my vote!

I like the matte finish head basket better because it looks more like a tool than something you handle with velvet gloves. But I suppose a chrome finish would be fine with me. Maybe I'll paint the body teel or something.
