I think you must search for the V241 also known as "Übertragungsverstärker ÜV300"

Yes this is really similar to the V41but the wiring of all the caps etc. is on the floor, everything else is the same. Apart from more components. The chassis is the same. The tubes too. I don't know which company made it? AWE B/76 is the only badge.
 
Do someone knows what spec data have the input and output transformers, it’s turns ratio, primary and secondary impedance or it’s equivalente dB losses? Who made that transformers?

Which version do you mean? Maihak, Lorenz, Telefunken?
I think later ones were made by Malotki, the western at least. Input ratio was 1:18 (200:65k) and output transformer was 11.2:1 (38k:300).
Eastern V41 probably had other manufacturers.
