a lost is always hard to pass and sometimes all the bad things come together. I don´t want to bring more sad memories to cheer you, we all have our difficult moments.
take your time be with your family think about the great moments with your grandparents, death is a natural step, here the life go on.

It's tough when life seems to throw a full deck of cards at you, but there will be better times ahead!
For now, don't feel like you have to " snap out of it " because it's a bad time. I really think we all need time to grieve, come to a place of peace in our hearts, and then begin to walk our road again.
