Hi Everybody,

My very first post in the Lab marks the lift-off of my first GSSL project.
I've ordered the first PCB's (GSSL + Sidechain, Turbo and CRC) and now I am busy composing my BOM.
My first issue concerns the various incarnations of the NE5534 op amp.
Filtering my selection to DIP-8 variations I still get several issues of the chip like:

ON SEMICONDUCTOR NE5534ANG
ON SEMICONDUCTOR NE5534NG
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS NE5534AP
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS NE5534P

The ON chips have a faster slew rate and a pdip housing instead of dip.
What chip should I put on my BOM?

TIA
Martijn

I would go with the TI version.

A quick look at the datasheet will describe the differences.

Please in the future post in the GSSL thread.
