Check the big top copper spacers. they can reach and damage the pcb traces and ground the signal path.

Yes this is a good point. There was a post near the beginning of the thread with a lot of very helpful info about the build which highlighted this as a problematic possibility. It’s good to try and rotate the spacers so they do not overlap with the traces as much as possible.

Hello , has anyone tried to build the DU47-fet with a 4 wire transformer like T-13 or T14 style ?? if yes , how did You manage the "grounding" of the transformer ? thanks in advance

Pin 1, body shell etc is ‘grounded’ as usual
