This email is being sent to inform you that we will be unable to fulfill your Equinox Systems EQU47 Mic Body preorder.
Despite our efforts to add sufficient extra units in our production run, we have an insufficient amount of QA-passed units to fulfill your order. There were a higher-than-anticipated number of units which did not meet the standard of quality we had established. In order to try and be as fair as possible, we filled orders in the order they were received.
We would like to extend the following options to you:
1. Refund of your paypal preorder amount plus a webstore coupon which will guarantee placement at the beginning of the 2nd production run (up to 4 mic bodies), assuming we are able to successfully negotiate a second production run with our manufacturer. Please note that the unit price of the second production run may be higher than the first, due increases in the manufacturer's fees and currency exchange rates, etc. This coupon would allow you to repurchase at the same prices offered in Batch 1 even if the price of Batch 2 increases.
2. Leave your pre-order payment with Equinox. This will guarantee earliest delivery as we plan to ship these orders before the web store for the 2nd batch goes live. If for some reason the 2nd batch doesn't happen, your money will be immediately refunded.
Again, please accept our sincere apologies in not being able to fulfill your order. This entire process has been full of hurdles, and we hope you will be understanding of the matter.
