I made an un-balanced to balanced make-up gain stage for a project today, using a bit of vero board and components out of the parts bin based on the schematics from Audiox. Thank you Audiox.

If useful to anyone, here are the original documents re-uploaded.

One thing I did notice was with regards to the gain calculations shown in the bal_card_block_diagram doc. I think it should be 20K as the denominator instead of 10K for the un-balanced to balanced (channel 3/4). Perhaps someone can confirm that please based on the schematic doc.
