Hey guys,

I have updated the spreadsheet to reflect who has currently been invoice and who has paid so far. The 11 guys who have paid so far, your racks will be ready and shipped out on Monday. Well, except for Dandeurloo who is adding some 2623-1's to the shipment which Ed has coming to me. Lower 48 guys will get a UPS Quantum View email. The cats lucky enough to live in Hawaii will get a USPS tracking ID and those in Mexico and Canada will get a USPS customs ID after they ship.

I am at it early tomorrow morning. No beers for me tonight, only Volker.  ;D

Once I complete the packaging on these, I will send out the next round of invoices.

Progress update...

The first one packed is for JamesW. Needed a little extra tape as ther are 4 preamp kits in there too!  ;D James is gonna be a busy guy in about a week!  8)

Ooh look...Svart's is ready...

OK. One more and I'm all caught up to those who have paid so far. I just sent out more invoices and questions to a couple of guys.

Payments noted for everyone on the spreadsheet are up to date.

No additional screws or hardware are needed. Everything is included.

In my packing you will find:

A plastic bag (with green dot on it) that contains 25pc of #4-40 x 3/8" oval head screws in black oxide. These are for the modules. 22 are required, 3 are extras.

A plastic bag (with orange dot on it) that contains 70pc of M2.5 x 8mm pan head screws in black zinc. These are for the all work on the back panel only. 48 are for all Neutrik XLR's and 18 to secure the back panel perimeter. 66 are required, 4 are extras.

A plastic bag (with white dot on it) that contains 26pc of #4-40 x 5/16" pan head screws in black zinc. These are for the all work on the L/R side panels only. 24 are required, 2 are extras. 8 of these are used to secure the rack ears to the side panels. The rest secure the sides to the top and bottom.

A plastic bag that contains 8pc of #4-40 hex nuts. These can be used to back up the inside of the 8 rack ear mounting screws from the inside after the screws have been inserted.

And that's it!

**A special note: the M2.5's and the #4-40's are very similar and can be accidentally swapped for one another. Be careful of this as they may appear to work but can permanently damage the tapped holes.**

Hi, sorry for asking this now, but just wanted to have an update.
So for now 100 kits seem to be reserved, some have shipped, and it will be hard to get in the list now, cause if not i'll be interested in one, and if so the mail [email protected] is still where the purchase mail has to be done?
The neutrik order will be for April. So anyhow even if there is a second batch everything will be done after april if everything runs smoothly.

Am i wrong somewhere? Thanks a lot.

sadly I neither have the money to pre-finance 10000 neutric connectors, or 1000 backplanes.
at the moment we are busy to get the first 100 out, we have to check if there is any profit left, we have to decide how to proceed further.
for sure we want to provide you with more batches, better with a constant supply, but we have to get our internal results first for a decision how to do this best.
