Hi guys,

OK, I have finally invoiced all but 2 of the guys on the initial 1st 100 list.

I have 2 Lab members who want to combine shipping which is fine. I sent an email to each of you guys to make sure you are both still in and the combined shipping is cool. As soon as I hear back, I will invoice you 2 as well. That would be mainmachine and darnell.

Then, the only thing left is paying and shipping and the waiting for the next batch of 100.  8)

Cheers, Jeff

This thing is incredible.  Mine arrived last week wrapped up in the best packing job I've ever seen.  Of course the metalwork, PCB and supplied parts are even more impressive.  So I thank Jeff, Volker, Sahib and every one else who contributed.

My only criticism is that this box should come with a warning sign about the dangers of unpacking this stuff on the living room floor in front of a significant other.  I truly risked life and limb that night!  Thanks again.

Damn Matt. Those look frickin' great!! You were right about the red. Classy, classy for sure. Tip of the hat to Dan as well.

I only see one problem...there is a lot of black area to the left of the red area in the frontal rack shot!  ;D  ;D  ;)

Thanks for the kind words my friend.  :)

best, Jeff

Hi All

Got the rack together and running load up the pre's then found the API 550b will not slot in as the case around the EQ hits the larger 18 edge connector. Are there any other fit problems?

sad. I think this could happen with all "full cased" 15pin modules.
the only solution(s):
- using 15pin card edge connectors for those modules (we have them in stock)
- removing the module case
- cutting the module case

Yep, got a old API 525C that's not fitting real well.

I may have to trim up the edge connector on the module because it was always a tight fit even with the proper connector. Otherwise, everything has fit without issue.

Great project, thanks for all the hard work guys!
