For guys who waiting for pcb's/kits: we ship usually 3-4 times at month;
i.e. if you ordered say Jan 10th, the order will be shipped before Jan 20th WORST case.
Usually, we ship within a week or sometimes next day.
Last time (Christmass, New Year) post office was overloaded
thus slow; sorry, I cannot do anything against this.
If you like to receive the orders ASAP, there is an EMS option.
Not cheap, but 3-5 business days delivery.
Mail/PM for EMS costs (depends on weight and region).

The reason I counted 12 VCA's is there are 2 rows of 8 pin dip sockets on the meter driver board.
If not VCA's what goes in them? All the pictures show VCA's in the meter driver board, 2 in the sidechain filters, and 8 in the 2 VCA cards.

Yes, you mean SIP-8 on meter board, but they are THAT2252 RMS detectors. Supplied with meter board add-on.

Finalizing the LO switch solution, very soon. Switches are here.
Arround Feb 20th will have switch wafers in qty 100...finally!!!

hey Igor, i noticed something on your BA 283 make_up card schematic....
you are hanging the choke between, pin M-F.
shouldnt you hang it to pin M-B and take the unbalanced out from pin F

any specific reason for it ?

I am looking forward to when the Pultec-style EQ comes along, sooner the better as an EQ would complement my other gear very nicely!
One other point is that I ordered some bypass PCBs on 28th Dec which I haven't received yet. I realise that the post is very busy at that time of year and maybe they are in transit. They should be really useful as they will give the bypass switches on my Purusha stereo 1176 case something to connect to!

Hm... Black market, group buy, 20 kits minimum /at normal language-> no; or not now
I have dusty, vintaged, assembled and "fully-tested-up-to-specs" first proto',  sitting happily at my shelve,
passed all possible listening tests at DB, Bardo, and some others cool local production studios,
kinda king banished from nice case.... Case gone with V2.4 PCB run proto to DB (see below my signature field),
me too lazy to setup CNC again.
I.e. full set of PCB's+all internal wiring, PS trafo, XLR's, pushbuttons etc.....
$870 and it's yours. No DBX202X, but nice rep 2181 boards.
EAO (RAFI) pushbuttons, full-featured, etc.

(unrelated topic but still wanted to ask ...) is there a way u could make available a paralell VCA circuit that fits into the regular GSSL vca`s slots? ive seen the paralel circuit on your mixbuzz!!! im sure for u its like 10 minute work to lay it all down and most likely some market in there! id be well interested in a few of those too!! i hope its possible
