Not for a minute did I believe he would use a chinese capsule in a Neumann mic.

Then why the fear mongering? Talk of suing? And why the hate towards the Chinese? What makes their products inferior to European or American to you? Anyone sucker enough to pay current Neumann or AKG prices deserves what they get as far as I’m concerned. They can always have Klaus inspect it first. There are also inconsistencies in the European manufacturing now the silent generation are dying. Personally as long as it works well and is made with quality I don’t care.
There will always be prissy snobs who think they are buying a tailored version of a bygone era. So there’s no threat to business there.

There is this guy named Markus Sauschlager who is also a Viennese; who claimed using the traditional techniques for his re-creaction of AKG C12/CK12 Capsules and has the blessing and had a long conversation of the C12 maker Konrad Wolf.

You're welcome, sadly he discontinued his re-creation of C12/CK12 last year. It would be great if he will work hand on hand with Austrian Audio and re-issue the C12.
