About the PSU's C5...is really difficult for me to find a 1µF 400V condenser with a 10mm pitch!
a Wima is 22,5mm pitch...what you have used? I have some Elettrolitics Condensers...but are not the same!

What's about this cap?
Any advice? What have used who have already builded?

I almost have finished my boards but I got some strange problems with the Tubes and PSU... if you have any idea please tell me what's happen... Drask is helping me but I want to know if any of you have done with this build? any if you can post some pictures maybe it should help us Thanks!
and now the problem is that I see 350V on the PSU without boards but when I connect two boards 5 mn later the tubes are turns off and I got 350V again on two boards
any idea?

If you do another batch you probably need to modify the pcb for a few standard size lead spacing to help those arround the world fine stuff to fit.

Check the tube heater regulator, is it going into thermal shutdown?

What type of heat sink do you have on that regulator? I'm asking because the ones I have fit the silk, but are about 1.75"-2" tall.

Anyway I'm just gonna put my questions here at once, I'd like to get back to the building

- I'm looking for the right kind of inductor for L1, any suggestions on anyone that will (preferably) sit on the board.
- The big connectors, which series?
- The voltage rating of the non-notified film caps on the BOM
- Is http://www.banzaimusic.com/EF806S-JJ.html a proper alternative for the ef86, it says so on the site, but I'd like to hear you guys feelings about it, or about which tubes to use in general (Jandoste?) And where to find that 6AS6?

Hey Guys,
Can you tell me please that my grnd points are write?

I don't get any signal with the Tranxfos[In] all XLR's connexion ok! When I send a signal[1k] I hear anything but Vu meters see very low signal
DI connexion is ok too...

The Rude Tube has no VU meter. The 1mA meter shows the current, going through the 6AS6 tube, not the audio level. When you turn up/down the bias pot, the meter should move accordingly. I still haven´t got any pcbs, so that I can´t help you with the ground question.
